  • Legitimate banks would never send you messages from random mobile numbers

  • Don’t click on any suspect links sent in such messages, as these links can lead to malware or phishing websites
  • Remember, Axis Bank would never seek any confidential details like your KYC details or card / login credentials through any form of communication. Please do not share them with anyone.

  • Always check the sender / caller’s identity and contact your bank to report such scams.
