Axis Bank Meal Cards are magnetic-strip-based cards that address the needs of an enterprise for payment of meal allowances to their employees. Meal Cards are more secure and convenient to issue than paper vouchers to employees. Meal Cards will not only enable cost savings, but also lead to improved operational efficiency for your esteemed organisation.

The Axis Bank Meal Card can be used at Visa enabled food and beverage outlets and it includes:
- Eateries and Restaurants
- Fast Food Joints
- Bakeries and Dairy Product Shops
- Grocery Shops and Supermarkets
- Meat Markets and Food Retail Outlets
- Miscellaneous Food Shops—Convenience Stores and Specialty Markets
- Sweets, Nuts and Confectionery Shops
ATM access is not provided only for Axis Bank Meal Cards. You may go online for a balance enquiry, PIN change and a mini statement.
The Axis Bank Meal cards can be loaded only for a maximum amount of Rs. 3,000 in a month, subject to available balance in the card. Maximum available balance at any given point of time on the Meal card cannot exceed Rs. 10,000.
Axis Bank Meal Cards can be swiped for upto a maximum of Rs. 10,000 in a day, subject to availability of balance in the card.
Axis Bank provides you the facility of balance enquiry on your Meal Card through ATM and Internet Banking facilities. The Axis Bank Meal Card Kit contains an Internet Banking PIN, an ATM PIN, and a Telebanking PIN. To check the balance or get a mini statement:
- Go to the Axis Bank Home page
- Select Prepaid Cards option in Internet Login Tab options
- Enter your Prepaid card number for login ID
- Enter the WEB PIN provided for login password
- You may now check the mini statement and balance on the card along with various other service options.
No, Axis Bank Meal Cards cannot be used for making online payments.

The customer gets a PIN inside the Welcome Pack of the Meal Card which he originally receives. The customer can also generate a Duplicate PIN by writing to our customer care team at prepaid.cards@axisbank.com. A new PIN shall be dispatched to the nearest branch.
Please report loss of card to Axis Bank by visiting your nearest Axis Bank branch or write to us at prepaid.cards@axisbank.com. You would need to file a report of the card loss with the police and submit a copy of the same to the branch. The lost card will be hot listed and the available amount less charges would be repaid to the original card applicant.
On expiry, the card-purchaser needs to handover the card to the nearest Axis Bank branch. Any Available Amount (subject to a minimum of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) or above at the time of expiry of the card shall be refunded to the cardholder who had purchased the card after deducting the Bank's charges, provided a claim for such refund is made with the Bank not later than 3 (three) months from the expiry of the card.
