Medical emergencies can be stressful, but with this benefit, you receive a fixed daily cash allowance to help manage expenses beyond hospital bills.   1. Inpatient Hospital Cash Benefit: In case of hospitalization for 24 hours or more, the insured person receives a fixed daily cash benefit of ₹1,000 per day. This benefit can be availed for up to 15 days per policy year, helping to manage additional expenses such as travel, food, or lost income during the hospital stay.
  2. Accidental Death Benefit: In the unfortunate event of the insured person’s accidental death, a lump sum payout of upto ₹2 lakh (for self only) is provided. This financial support ensures peace of mind for your loved ones by offering stability and security during difficult times.

Coverages-

  1. Policy Tenure: Enjoy uninterrupted coverage for a full year with a policy tenure of 1 year, ensuring financial security during medical emergencies.
  2. Suitability: This plan is designed to provide comprehensive coverage for you and your family. It covers the insured individual (Self), their spouse, and up to two dependent children, offering peace of mind for the entire household.
  3. Eligibility:
    Adults: Individuals between the ages of 18 and 55 years are eligible to enrol in the policy.
    Children: Dependent children are covered from the 91st day after birth up to 25 years of age, ensuring protection for your little ones as they grow.


Medical Exclusions:
Treatment of Obesity and any weight control program Sleep-apnoea Congenital External Diseases, defects or anomalies and maternity

Non-Medical Exclusions:
War or act of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, civil war, public defence, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped acts, nuclear weapons/materials, chemical and biological weapons, ionising radiation. Any Insured Person's participation or involvement in naval, military or air force operation, racing, diving, aviation, scuba diving, parachuting, hang-gliding, rock or mountain climbing. Any Insured Person committing or attempting to commit a breach of law with criminal intent

  • Coverage begins after an initial waiting period of 30 days from the policy start date.
  • Specified diseases covered after waiting period of 24 months.
  • Pre-existing diseases covered after waiting period of 36 months
  • In case of planned hospitalization, inform us at least 48 hours before admission.
  • In case of emergency hospitalization, inform us within 24 hours of admission.
  • Failure to notify in time does not invalidate the claim if you prove it was not reasonably possible. Timelines may be relaxed for special circumstances beyond the insured's control.
  • Provide required documents and medical records within 15 days or before discharge/- completion of treatment.
  • Failure to provide evidence on time does not invalidate the claim if you can show it was not reasonably possible. Delayed documents may be accepted in special circumstances.
  • Payments are made to you, and your receipt discharges our liability. In case of death, payment will be made to the Nominee.
  • Claims will be settled according to applicable regulatory guidelines, including IRDAI (Protection of Policyholders Interests Regulation), 2017.
  • You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the Policy/Certificate of Insurance to review the terms and conditions of this Policy. If You have any objections to any of the terms and conditions, you have the option of cancelling the Policy/Certificate of insurance stating the reasons for cancellation.
  • You will be refunded the premium paid by you after adjusting the stamp duty charges and proportionate risk premium.
  • You can cancel Your Policy/Certificate of insurance only if you have not made any claims under the Policy.
  • All Your rights under this Policy will immediately stand extinguished on the free look cancellation of the Policy.
  • Free look provision is not applicable and available at the time of renewal of the Policy
  • You may terminate this Policy of Insurance at any time by providing a written notice, and the Policy of Insurance shall terminate when such written notice is received.
  • If no claim has been made under the Policy/Certificate of Insurance, then We will refund premium in accordance with the short rate table mentioned in the policy wordings.
  • In case of master policy, each Certificate of Insurance will get terminated on the earliest of the following dates:
    1. The date You or We cancel the Certificate of Insurance
    2. The member opts out of the scheme
    3. Foreclosure/closure of loan availed (wherever applicable)

Disclaimer

  1. No person shall allow or offer to allow, either directly or indirectly, as an inducement to any person to take out or renew or continue an insurance in respect of any kind of risk relating to lives or property in India, any rebate of the whole or part of the commission payable or any rebate of the premium shown on the policy, nor shall any person taking out or renewing or continuing a policy accept any rebate, except such rebate as may be allowed in accordance with the published prospectuses or tables of the insurer
  2. Any person making default in complying with the provisions of this section shall be liable for a penalty which may extend to ten lakh rupees.


Grievance Redressal Procedure:
As per Regulation 25 of IRDA of India (Protection of Policyholders’ Interests, Operations and Allied Matters of Insurers) Regulations, 2024.
