1. Using Net Banking

Step 1: Log in to your bank's portal.

How to generate a Debit Card PIN offline?

1. How to set PIN for a new Debit Card in ATM?

Step 1: Insert your Debit Card and choose the 'Forgot/Create PIN' option.

Step 2: You might be asked to enter the temporary PIN provided by your bank. You also might be required to enter details such as your bank account number and registered mobile number. Some bank ATMs present you with options like 'Generate OTP' or 'Validate OTP.' In such cases, opt for 'Generate OTP'.

Step 3: Once the details are verified, you'll receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: Enter the OTP and confirm to set your new PIN.

2. How to generate an ATM PIN via Customer Care?

Step 1: Call the customer care contact number from your registered mobile number.

Step 2: Select your preferred language, and find the ATM and Prepaid Services option.

Step 3: You'll have to verify your identity through your security questions, bank account number, Debit Card number, or an OTP.

Step 4: Listen carefully to follow the next prompts. You will receive an OTP that can be used to create the Debit Card PIN at an ATM near you.

3. How to create a PIN using SMS?

You can complete Debit Card PIN generation by SMS using the SMS PIN creation option. Depending on your bank, you'll need to send a specific message code to the specified number to get the OTP.

Note that if you generate the PIN through SMS, you must still visit any ATM to set a new PIN.
