With 20 years of diverse experience across global tech and fintech companies like Infosys and Bridgeweave, Shruthi has played multiple roles. Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, HR Consulting, Sales and Marketing, she brings a wealth of expertise. She excels in team building, crafting innovative strategies and bridging generational gaps in the workplace.
Academically, she holds a postgraduate degree from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and is certified in Design Thinking from the Stanford d.school. She graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business's Global Leadership program in 2016.
Shruthi is a Founding Board Member of GWPR (Global Women in PR) in India, demonstrating her commitment to advancing women's leadership in the industry.
