A draft shelf prospectus dated August 27, 2018 (“DSP”) has been filed by Issuer with BSE Limited (“BSE”), National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”), being our designated stock exchange (and for records, with Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”)), pursuant to Regulation 6(6) of the SEBI Debt Regulations.
