Despite having the world’s largest youth population, India faces a challenge since the majority of the workforce are under-trained and have little or no employability skills. The Vocational Training program focuses on enhancing employability opportunities for youth by providing skill training to school dropouts, unemployed youth in rural and semi urban areas thereby helping them lead a financially independent life

India's disabled population faces many hardships in life. Social stigma makes it extremely hard for people with disabilities to find employment or earn a livelihood. Axis Bank Foundation supports People with Disability by providing those skills that facilitate employability and network platforms, facilitating equal opportunities to an empowered and financially independent life.
