Export LC Confirmation

Axis Bank can add confirmation to LCs issued by foreign Banks and give a definite undertaking of payment of LC (in addition to that of issuing bank). Risk Mitigation for payment on due date for a complying presentation under the LC, in the event of non-payment by issuing bank.

1. Reduction of bank and country risk with our LC Confirmation service backed by our Wide Global Network.

2. Assured payment commitments from both the issuing bank and the confirming bank.

At beneficiary's request and subject to terms of the LC being acceptable, Axis Bank can add confirmation to the LC where lines are available on the issuing bank.

Charges are determined on case to case basis.
