What We Offer
Our offerings include standard APIs with a robust network and disaster recovery management.
We have multiple solutions tailored for the needs of different merchants - real time onboarding of merchants, customisable solutions, standard API integrations, operational and testing support. Additional services
provided by the Bank to the merchant are:
- SDK- In app Integration
This is a software development kit provided by the Bank to the merchant to be integrated with the merchant’s app. All P2P and P2M functionalities such as – Fund transfers, Account and UPI
ID registration, QR code generation, QR code scanning, Intent and other NPCI compliances – are available in this kit.
Our Partners include – Uber, Amazon, etc.
- Web collect
The merchant is provided with the collect API wherein the merchant is able to collect/request money through UPI from their respective customers.
Our Partners include – IRCTC , BillDesk, etc.
- QR Code based payments
The Merchant is provided with standard QR code specifications. The API helps the merchant to collect the payments from respective customers through QR scanning.
Customers can scan the QR code generated
and pay the merchant through a UPI App of their choice. Both Static and Dynamic QR code options are available. Other features such as Check status, Call back, Ref id validation and verify VPA APIs are also available with this
API.
Our partners include - Google, RazorPay, PayU, etc.
- Intent flow
The Merchant is provided with standard Intent specifications. This API helps merchant to go live on “Pay use case” wherein the merchant is able to collect the payments from respective customers. This
option enables a customer to get an option on the merchant application to pay via any UPI Application. Other features such as Check status, Call back, Ref id validation and verify VPA APIs are also available with this API.

- Customisable Solutions
We provide customised solutions for Merchants as per the merchant and Bank’s feasibility.
- Online Refund API has been developed and provided to our merchants through which customers can receive instant credit
- Push to VPA services for customers to receive cashbacks instantly.
- Ref id validation API which declines the transactions of those payment service providers where the original order ID gets changed.
- Dynamic VPA solution wherein merchants can create dynamic VPAs for receiving payments
- Online sub-merchant onboarding APIs wherein merchants can onboard, update and disable the sub-merchant instantly
- QR on POS
The Merchant is provided with standard QR code specifications and the API is integrated into the POS machine. Our EDC partners are already live with UPI on POS feature. Customers can scan the QR code generated on
POS machines and make payments to merchants via UPI. In case of payment failure, an Online Refund API has been developed and provided to our merchants for this use case, through which users can receive instant credit. This
solution is the best for large retail enterprises.
