Arvind is a seasoned banker with over 29 years of experience in Operations, Technology, Digital and Controls. In his previous stint, he was with Citibank as Managing Director and Head of Consumer Operations, Credit Underwriting, Collections and Fraud Control. He has also worked with Bandhan Bank as Executive President and Head of Operations and Technology. In his spare time, he likes to read and listen to Hindi music.

Arvind holds a B. E. (Hons) degree from BITS, Pilani and PGDM from IIM, Bangalore.
