Existing Axis Bank Savings Account customers can apply for a Debit Card online via Internet Banking by visiting www.axisbank.com/mydesign from the comfort of their home or office
Walk into your closest Axis Bank branch to view the entire image gallery and pick an image of your choice by filling in a Debit Card Application form.

*You will be charged an online application fee of Re. 1 in addition to the issuing fee for the Debit Card

Please note your Image code generated during Image Card application process for future communications.
1. Image size should not be less that 1 MB and no more than 10MB in size
2. Image must be at least 1010x630 pixels
3. Use a high quality image - the better your image, the better your final card will look. Picture files can be either JPEG (.jpg), PNG, GIF, Bitmap (.bmp) or TIFF formats

By applying for MyDesign, you agree to indemnify Axis Bank and its officials from any disputes arising out of the use of any particular image on your debit card. You undertake full responsibility for any violation of copyright, political or religious symbols, celebrities and/or discriminatory and indecent subject matter etc.
